Does anyone happen to have a breakfast dish to recommend? I have to make Christmas breakfast, but I don't necessarily want to make something huge. (I thought about the standard breakfast casserole, but we're having a big meal with prime rib for lunch and OOF.) But still, it'd be nice to have something special.
None of us have a really big sweet tooth, so I'd probably lean towards savory or something that isn't too sweet.
