Hope everyone had a great Christmas! Mine was pretty mellow but involved way too much food. (Including a red velvet trifle with raspberry sauce.)

On the DW front, I continue to have crazy Eleven dreams. Last night's involved Eleven making some kind of back-fired wish and winding up sharing a cell with Ten II. Neither was exactly pleased.

I can't manage to work up enough interest in the Christmas special even though most people on my flist seemed to have liked it. I'll probably watch when I go through S5, but I just don't care enough about the characters at the moment to pick up an episode out of order.

HEE. It doesn't have any continuity at all if that helps? But I thought it was terrible even by Doctor Who Christmas Special standards so... I would definitely advocate catching up on S5 instead.

lol yes, I am finding this to be increasingly a problem. I don't really watch Doctor Who for the plot, but I don't really care about the characters either so....

Except Eleven. I do think Matt Smith has done a great job making the role his own.

I hadn't watched far enough to get attached to Eleven, so the whole thing is a bit tough for me to work up interest.

I definitely don't watch for the plot. Even back in the beginning, what got me to watch was my interest in the characters.
