I always *meant* to have CGI SFX in my fic...
I've gotten something done that I've always wanted done - I've gotten one of my original stories betaed! I had been writing a while before I finally figured out what a beta actually was, let alone start using one. poohmusings into looking at a couple of older ones.
There was one in particular I was really scared of. And with good reason. I hadn't read it in a while...oy! Schmoop! Melodrama! Wretched POV-switching writing style! In short, I could have easily MST-ed the thing. Heh.
The story still is what it is - it's quite schmoopy. But parts have been axed and new parts written. However, unlike the special editions of the Star Wars movies, hopefully this will make it better. Not weirder.
Since it's now 24 Word pages long and since it's not really a new story, I'm just going to link it instead of copying it here.
