Well, this show is confusing me. But at least it's not pissing me off. And so far, ZERO April sightings. Heh heh.

Okay, so they're starting up with Lorelai and Christopher again. Back in, what was it - season 3? - I actually wanted them to get together. But now you just *know* it won't last, which is sad. Not because I'm "Lorelai/Christopher 4 EVA!!" but because Christopher was so sweet and I think he's being so sincere about Lorelai being the love of his life. And Lorelai just shouldn't be getting involved with anyone right now.

So...how many ever episodes down the road, this will end. Chris will be hurt. Lorelai will be probably hurt.

A thought. And I know *nothing* about any spoilers for this season. But if they are planning on ending up with Luke/Lorelai - and let's face it, this entire show over the years has been ramping up to Luke/Lorelai - they're really going to need to end with just more than a kiss in a doorway. We've seen this before - end of S5. And we all know how that turned out. Hate to say it since it seems so contrived, but I think they're really going to have to end up with them getting married.

Also, I just really did not need to know about Rory and Logan sex-texting. Although Paris was hysterical.

Gotta say that the rape story arc makes me so damn tense. The wee bit before the credits - TENSE. Ugh.

Not a whole lot happened this week. Logan and Wallace were funny. Seriously doubt they'll ever be BFFs but they do the male bonding through betting and mocking well. Heh heh.

As much as I really like the characters of Veronica and Keith, it is nice to see them screw up every once in a while. Well, "nice" isn't probably the right word. But Veronica can't *always* solve the case and make 100% correct choices. People screw up - it's part of life. And sometimes you gotta take the fall before you learn. (And other such cliches.)

Thought it was a nice elimination of Reporter as future career for Veronica though. It totally could have been a path she could have gone with her investigation background. But now she's realized she's more interested in her version of justice, which sometimes involves mercy even if something isn't "right," as opposed to exposing the truth. Interesting.

Didn't watch Studio 60 on Monday - was out until about half way through and so didn't bother watching. May try and catch up this weekend.
