I'm sure this goes completely away from the book, but it still might be interesting to see what they do with it. The only downside is that looks like it's an actual season rather than a mini-series. But it also looks like they've adopted the 13-episode season with it instead of the 22, so maybe that's a good sign? This would be one story I wouldn't want to see dragged out forever and ever, but if it does reasonably well, the drive will be so very strong to keep it going. Anyway, I'll at least watch the first episode.
