NO idea who Matt Smith is, but then it seems that even people in the UK don't know. But good GOD he's young. I'm looking at this picture and wondering if "OMG WE'RE LOSING DAVID TENNANT! WE MUST HAVE ANOTHER PRETTY BOY SO THE CHICKS WILL KEEP WATCHING!" entered into it. HEH.
