Was there some sort of rule this year that ice dancers had to wear the fugliest things on the planet? Were they paying tribute to something? Hookers of the world, perhaps? (Now *there's* a Small World ride for you.) It's as if they dredged up style sketches from the '80s, took a step back and said, "I'm not sure that's quite tacky enough."
