Didn't really need that apparently...
Nov. 8th, 2006 07:50 pmGot sucked into the bowels of my journal, looking for stray vids to tag. It's like...the junky basement of a department store down there. I found fics I had absolutely no recollection of writing. I was half-expecting Jonna and Thera to turn up, Jonna in his tight orange hat.
I had a point to this. I swear I did. Oh yes! So in clicking on old links from my calendar view, comments are disappearing. 1) calendar view will say 35 comments next to a post, 2) I'll pull up the post and there'll be no comments, and 3) when I refresh the calendar it says there are now no comments with the post. o_O Like this post, which was the one that used to have 35:

I *swear* I remember a fab comment by
familyarchives on this very post about sending fic out into the world, etc. And I can't imagine no one weighed in on this subject.
You know what would be excellent? An actual search feature for your journal. Google-style. And adjustable settings for if only you would be allowed to use it, friends or everyone.
