DW
I'm afraid this is another 2nd of two parts that I didn't like as much as the first part. DW has a bad habit of giving us great first parts and then...going sideways. I think my biggest problem was that the episode seemed so disjointed. I'm not sure if it was because there were 20 balls in the air, or the need to jump around in time, or the editing itself. (Always cutting away from the action, and then explaining the action later instead of showing it.)
There were plenty of hints that there are two different timelines going on here, like River being confused that she and the Doctor had never kissed before, and Amy being pregnant and not pregnant. So undoubtedly that relates to the Doctor being killed at the beginning. Heh. Moffat is addicted to timey-wimeyness, so what's even better than that? TWO TIMEY-WIMEYNESSES AT THE SAME TIME! Mwah.
River shooting in a circle cracked me up. It's so 1990s cheesy action film. HA! But the innuendo flirting between her and Eleven...I'm not even an asexualist and I was kind of ew-ing. It's like having Jack Harkness around ALL THE TIME. (Pfft. Fixed point in time? This is the real reason the Doctor ditched Jack. You really can only take so much of that shit.)
The Doctor's resolution to the Silence was...disturbing. Very disturbing. I'd rather not like to think I'm slaughtering aliens in my spare time. (Think of the mess!) But he didn't even seem sympathetic or guilty about it or anything. Didn't the Doctor use to apologize to mold he cleaned out of his fridge? :D
And why wouldn't the Silence just explode anyone who attacked them? Like that one did to that woman in the bathroom. For that matter, why didn't they explode any of Team TARDIS? *is confused*
The Time Lord-ish kid... Who knows at this point. I will laugh if it is Amy and Rory's kid who somehow became a Time Lord. "Surprise Time Lord" is like a good chunk of Doctor/Rose fic (and probably other DW fic as well - and I know Ianto magically becomes a Time Lord all the damn time), and to make it to the screen? XD XD
Anyway, the episode certainly was action-packed, but it just didn't live up to my excitement about the first episode. Ah well. The pirates ep looks fun. :D

Fuck knows about Amy's baby, though. I am so lost by the whole thing I've just given up.
Instead I am concentrating on how Eleven is no longer the Doctor. Am not entirely sure how to retcon this yet, but there is probably a way.

But why would she be so confused about it? She brings up their opposite traveling every chance she gets.

I'm still amused by the possibilities. Maybe all the Doctor needs to do to bring back the Time Lords is to run pregnant women through the TARDIS. XD
Another thought could be that they find a baby Time Lord (okay, the mother tracks down Eleven to make him pay child support) and Amy and Rory wind up adopting the kid. Because Eleven has no time for all that baby nonsense.

The last episode of the season, Eddie Izzard charges in yelling, "GET OUT OF MY TARDIS, YOU COMPLETE PRAT." XD

lol omg BABY TIME LORDS EVERYWHERE. WHO KNOWS, MICHELLE?
Or River reveals she was the Doctor all along and that Matt Smith is actually the Master? NO WAIT, THE MASTER WAS MORE EFFECTIVE AND LESS DOUCHEY ABOUT SAVING THE EARTH.

I would love this so much. And then everything would make so much more sense.

Lolol!! Seriously though, wth is up with all the violence this last ep? I've never bought into DW being a "kids" show, but definitely a family show ... and as a mom, if my kids were old enough to be watching this, I might be a little concerned.

Is this the Doctor? Is Amy pregnant? Is Rory gonna get the girl in the end?
Sure RTD had angst. But that was a little easier to digest that the sheer insanity.
That said, I was entertained. Not overwhelmed, but entertained...

I like to think I'm as smart as the average bear, but if things get too complicated I'm just not going to bother.
Is Rory gonna get the girl in the end?
This is kind of bugging me. It's understandable that Rory might feel a bit insecure, but it seems like there are manufactured moments that are thrown in just to try and create some sort of drama. I thought this was all resolved last season and we should be moving on, shouldn't we?

HEH!! Although I'm pretty sure I'd rather watch this again before I watched Doomsday. Owie.

And VERY disjointed.
I was rather tickled by the solution to getting rid of the silence, but that's probably just my racism against them because they creeped me out big time, and I wanted them gone, lol. But yeah, I'm seeing it now how OOC it was for the Doctor to slaughter them without even APOLOGIZING FIRST.
Two timelines...... yeah, that's possible. I'm going to have to rewatch. I AM SO CONFUSED.
