I'm going with Sherlock since I think that Eleven is occasionally sorry for his douchiness (and sometimes even tries to moderate it) while Sherlock revels in it. If Sherlock could possibly be MORE douchey he would happily do so. :D
Come to think of it, the snit would probably be half-hearted at best if John wasn't in the vicinity. He is a bit like the Master that way. Would the Master even bother most of the time if the Doctor weren't there to be appalled?
I couldn't decide, so I picked both, but I also ticked the third box, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I think the Doctor has a better attitude about it, though?
He's a hockey player who pretty much went "oh the Canadiens were embellishing, CLEARLY Paccieretty's [a hockey player injured by Recchi's teammate- broken fourth cervical vertebra and concussion] injuries were not all that serious!" It was just kinda douchey for him to label the Canadians as embellishers, even if he was saying this about the status of MaxPac's concussion.

Sheldon Cooper beats them both at their own game.

Eleven: Hmm. Amy's glaring. Probably shouldn't do that.
Sherlock: EXCELLENT. GLARING PEOPLE. Maybe I'll throw a snit in celebration.

Eleven just IS a douche while Sherlock actively perfects his douchiness.

Yeah, Eleven probably isn't quite at Sherlock levels yet. :D
