SO MUCH DRAMA. And I loved every minute of it.

But Edith... giiiiirl... Her life and her choices sometimes. I just cannot with them.

Every moment between Mary and Matthew was so flawless. And LOL even Carlisle knows that Mary still has a thing for Matthew, so he brings Lavinia back into the mix. AND OMG MATTHEW. HE IS SUCH A MARTYR. Inherited it from his mother, I guess.

Hahahaha! Exactly.

I think I love Dowager Countess McGonnagall more every episode.

I wish O'Brien would get a life, though. Thomas seems to have chilled and be more interested in the black market, so she needs to find a new hobby too. Old habits die hard, maybe? Anyway, I think she makes herself my least favorite character each episode, albeit with occasional breaks of compassion for shell shock victims.

Maybe Matthew will convince Mary to break things off with the increasingly scary Carlisle and they can run off and make a new lawyerly life in the Brave New Society that emerges after the war? (Wasn't he a lawyer? He had some sort of job that I can't remember).

I'm not exactly sure what O'Brien's motivation is, really. One minute she's sticking her nose in things and the next she's talking about regretting it. She's a bit of an odd duck.

I do have my doubts about him. Although I would be doubting more if there weren't characters who also doubted.
