I really wish this show would have been a miniseries instead (or been a British production), so it would have had a definite end.

I thought the same thing when I first started watching it, but then I ended up caring more about the secondary characters than I do about the primary ones. So I’m just as glad that they have the extra episodes to spend on those characters.
