I'M SUPPOSED TO FIND THE MOST HAUNTED PLACE IN THE MANOR WHERE 40 PEOPLE ONCE DIED EN MASSE, BLINDFOLD MYSELF AND RECITE A CREEPY POEM?

I'm sort of stuck at the moment though, and I only want to use a walkthrough as a last resort. I'm supposed to be looking at portraits on the walls, but some of them are in the Bad Places and it's just not smart to go to the Bad Places. *nods*

This might be the most vocal I've been with one of these games before. There was a very loud "OH SCREW YOU" when I found I needed to blindfold and chant at one part. I think the neighbors heard me. Whoops.
