One hour and fifteen minutes to quitin' time. One hour and forty-five minutes until I have an appletini in my glass (with funky martini glasses I got at Cost Plus a couple of weeks ago.)


Appletini

1 part vodka
1 part green apple schnapps

Shake with ice. Strain into glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar. Garnish with cherry or apple slice. I like the red cherry because it's pretty!

Buttery Nipple (These make me nostalgic for my college days.)

1 part butterscotch schnapps
1 part irish cream

Drink as a shot. And then lick someone... Uh, never mind.

Screaming Orgasm

1 part amaretto
1 part kahlua
1 part irish cream
1 part vodka

Shake with ice.

Pineapple Malibu (Another from my college days...)

1 part coconut rum
1 part pineapple juice

Shake with ice.

ETA: I totally forgot! I love this one!
Malibu Root Beer

1 part coconut rum
2 parts root beer

Pour over ice. It sounds weird, but this tastes like really, really, REALLY good cream soda or something.

I don't really like Mountain Dew, and I had no idea there was any in it until somebody told me how to make these. My response (being a teensy bit wasted at the time) was "SHUT UP! There is NOT!" I once tried to sub in 7up and it just wasn't as good.

Yeah, it is pretty good, if you can handle the rum.

I was like that with the root beer/coconut rum drink. It sounds bizarre but is totally good. I may have to try that next time the friends come round for cocktails.
