Hmm. I just read a cross-section of posts to the most explosive thread there at the moment, and I am confused by your statement. It seems that most of the posts I read were defending angst, trauma, and deathfic. Were people saying that fluff is bad becuase Sam and Jack don't get together? That doesn't make sense. Help?

Well in retaliation to all the anti-unhappy fics, someone, not naming any names *cough*, suggested that if people want to read fluff, they should go read romance novels and leave S/J alone.

A couple of years ago, there was a group of us that sat in the same chat room for I think about 10 hours one weekend, just watching the insanity unfold. There was actually popcorn involved. But nowadays, it seems like the same insanity over and over. It makes me tired.
