Okay, so since I was such a horrible tease about the whole musical thing, here are a couple of new excerpts from The Cheese. There were parts I *really* wanted to give you, but that would have given away too much. You'll just have to wait.

Sam tuned out the loud sucking sound coming from the back table as she furrowed her brow. Dammit! What in the world could her underwear possibly have to do with a mission?!

"Colonel O'Neill took them all off to watch him shoot his weapon."

"It was a very impressive weapon," Alien Dude said seriously, nodding. "I have never seen a weapon like it. It was very... long."

Four-day weekend, in an Embassy Suites with a bunch of gamers. Woo-hoo! Plus, I'm only playing in four slots, so the rest of the time I can work on The RPG Project I Can't Talk About (soon, very soon, honest! It's making me nuts to be spending all my non-working/sleeping/eating time on it and not be able to bounce at anyone about it except Jack) and soak in the jacuzzi and such.

My work queue is going to be TERRIFYING when I get back Tuesday, but I'll think about that Tuesday.
