yermo got a water balloon set at the $1 store. He is anxiously waiting for it to be warm enough to use. Said set contains a ton of little balloons and a spout that attaches to a faucet for the filling of said balloons.

He does not have a Rocket Propelled Water Balloon Cannon.

I am sure he's jealous.
