Okay, COME ON. Twisting the knife, much? OW.

Although, thank you! "Hell" was mentioned and so I'm *hoping* that means that The Beast isn't dead. Because you can't write lines of prophesy like "you will die and I will live" (from The Satan Pit) and have one be false.

1. It looks like a wicked cool episode. Hope it is. Hope Rose exits with a bang instead of whimper. (I swear, if she "just goes home" I will need to burn something down. Although cyber!Rose would just be cruel.)

2. Wee bit Sunset Boulevard? What's with the "This is the last story I will ever tell."? Wonder if that was just for the promo or if we're going to get some kind of bizarre Billy Wilder narration next week? And yeesh - sounds pretty final for someone they said could maybe do a guest promo someday.

No, really, OW. Ow ow ow.

(And now to watch the episode. Really wanted to see the promo for the finale two-parter first.)

You know my feelings on this. I agree wholeheartedly. Either a) she is somehow lost and the Doctor has to find her (or thinks she's dead); or b) she's dead and goes out fighting like the Beast said. This going home to lead a normal life thing is just rubbish. Even Mickey isn't leading a normal life, for goodness' sake.

Oh, great point!

After two years of flying around, not to mention falling in love, Rose would decide to go home just because she misses her mum... Yeah. Don't think so. They'd have to give her amnesia.
