You know, I am always surprised every time there is Daleks at how scary they actually are. I mean, just to look at them, they should be like the cheesiest things ever, really - but they're terrifying. That's why Who is so damn cool - all sorts of things that really should be cheesy end up as scary or touching or awesomely cool.
