No, definitely not on him. I don't know if it's too much color for his brown hair and brown eyes or just *that* color in general. The blue accents worked when they were just accents though.

Now that I think about it, I'm reserving judgment color-wise until I see it onscreen. The pinstripes on last year's promo shots stand out BRIGHT PURPLE, and don't look like that at all on the telly. These have most likely had the color punched up in the same way -- that seems to be the style of their marketing materials in general.

You know, there's one story out there (can't remember which at the moment) that references the Doctor showing Rose pictures of his former selves after his regeneration so as to help her get over the regeneration. It doesn't actually show the scene, though; I'd love to see what she thought of how some of the previous Doctors dressed.
