Got sucked into watching Meerkat Manor yesterday. And while I find naming wild animals a bit odd, it did help to keep track of who's who in this pseudo-reality show. Had no idea meerkats had such a complex social structure. Overall, pretty fun to watch.

And now I'm working up the energy to go clothes shopping. *YAWN*

Every time I see Meerkat Manor, I keep thinking "There's a great icon!" and "Wow, wouldn't that make a great LJ icon?"

Think about a shot of the Whiskers watching something. All those meerkat heads staring at something together - how many fandom captions can you think of that are appropriate? Or all the potential cuddling icons? Or a cub with a bug that's too big to handle? ICONZZZZZZZ.

But there are no pics online anywhere. *sobs*

Also, it's my dog's favorite show. He sits and watches it intently. I'm not sure if he thinks they're weird-looking dogs, or if he just hopes one of them will hop out of the TV and he can chase it around the living room.
