This is what I did instead of cleaning. But I doubt Karen will care since there *was* a sale on liquor at the store today. Karen on Thursday: "Dust? I LOVE dust! *petpetpet*"

One icon from each Nine DW episode (and two from TPotW). D/R (*cough*). I guess these icons are kinda slide show...ish. And if you get motion sick, you may not want to peek. *stares*

Damn. I'm wavering between 13 & 14, though what I really want to do is snag both. After all, I have a dearth of Doctor Who icons. (OMG, I just counted them up: I have thirty-one of them! *facepalm* And still I want more! And that's not counting the Torchwood ones!)

Oh! Weirdly unrelated... When I was capping these pics, I was watching snips. In Dalek there's this dialog:

Doctor: You're alive!

Rose: Can't get rid of me.

Doctor: I thought you were dead!

That last line *just now* struck me as a reprimand. As in, "Don't joke! I thought you were dead!" Don't know why I never saw it that way before - before it felt like clunky dialog. Turns out, I'm just an idiot. :D

Oh, I LOVE them to bits. *pets Nine* As much as I love Ten.....Nine is...well....he's the one that Rose first fell in love with and so did I. I adore all of these. I don't know which one(s) I'm taking yet, I'll be back later to decide.

And that icon right there is another one of my favorite scenes ever. When Rose does the swinging in on a chain thing, you can just see him light up, like, "Hey, maybe this is why I'm still around!" It's awesome. But then I have loads of favorite scenes ever. I have a really hard time choosing. :-)

Yup! Just *adored* that phase of their relationship! Nine was so walled off to the world and it was lovely watching him slowly let Rose in. Awww! And then the Bad Wolf thing when he saves her and she saves him and he saves her and...*melts*

Aww I love these!

As much as I love 10/rose I prefer her relationship with 9, it's much more complex and to me he seems to be more needy and clingy and protective of her.

The relationship with Nine was a lot more complex - full of "I don't like you in that way (but I really do)." With Ten it's very much an established relationship vibe. That's what I love about the over-all arc - that there was this natural progression of the relationship throughout. You couldn't have had the closeness with the Doctor as Ten without everything that happened with the Doctor as Nine.
