Why don't I believe that John's dead? The island heals people, so until he's buried or blue, I'm not buying it.

ETA: Okay, beyond all that and getting to some sort of trying to figure out what's going on - I'm thinking the writers threw everything in a blender and hit 'frappe.' They don't have a frickin clue. It's sorta amusing.

That's why I lost patience with it; I'd like to have at least some vague sense that somebody's got a map in their hands, or at least a last-ditch hope of resolving storylines.

I felt like that through a lot of this season, actually. Probably why I could go for a few weeks in a row without remembering it was even on. But this last one - I'm kind of in the mindset now of really wanting to see what they're going to pull out of their asses. Because it really will be pulling something out of their asses. Like...it'll all turn out to be aliens or something, to which I will be laughing my butt off. :D
