Is it weird, or possibly anti-social that when I see that fandom count thingie, my reaction is "but I don't wanna!" And it's not even that I have strong reasons for or against. It's that my inner 5-year-old has kicked in once again (hello, Heroes) - "Doooo it!" "No! And gimme a cookie!" I *am* 5.
My lunch sandwich contain celery (EVIL) and was on olive bread (olives are also evil, but not quite as evil as celery.) But it was good! Frankly, I'm shocked. I have consumed celery and olives and HAVE LIVED. Well, so far.
Have a bit of a social weekend - going out on Friday and again on Saturday. But with the Saturday thing, I won't be able to watch the new DW for quite a while. Hopefully still on Saturday though. Listen to me. Before this series started I was committed to waiting until the series was done, and watching the whole thing then. Now I just need to be committed.

Heard about that. Honestly, after this series I'm not as upset. But also, I sorta had it in my mind forever that RTD wanted to end it after 4 or 5, so I'm not completely surprised. Why did I have this in my mind?

I still don't see the point of that comm. Plus, a part of me really doesn't want to be publicly linked to fandom. (Which is, I know, one-part idiotic and one-part wanky, but so be it.)

I joined fandom_counts, because I'm curious what the number will turn out to be. But I keep thinking of unjoining. I don't particularly want to support any part of this hysteria.

The problem I had with this idea of a 'count' in FC, is most of the people pimping it are saying to join it with as many journals as you have. So. For all we know, there are only 3,000 people on there, they all just have 25 RP journals and are joining with them.
