I had a bit of a laugh over them too, although they looked slightly more stylish that I remember them in old episodes, maybe it was the lighting.
They looked prettied up a bit. :D
Also, I can't shake the feeling that we're getting all this Gallifrey viewing as a lead up to the return of the Time Lords, which I don't want and don't think the series is ready for.
Oh, that would be interesting.
Well, he quickly gets back to business, I'm not convinced he got over it. He seemed to accept Jack's "I did it for you," (and how much do I wish it had been "I did it for you...and her."), but he's not forgotten the way he sees Torchwood.
Very true.
I can certainly see that happening after this episode. Pretty much everything that will change the way she looks at traveling with the Doctor even if she stays all hit at once, her family's in trouble, he leaves people behind, he doesn't fall in love with companions as a rule, it's Dangerous (with a capital D) to be with him. However this does make me feel somewhat more confident that if she stays next season (not that I want her to), we'll at least see the end of the unrequited love story.
Yeah, that whole aspect to it is definitely coming to a head, it would seem.
Because it obviously won't? He tried with the Dalek and that bit him in the ass. However the phone talk between the Doctor and the Master was probably my favorite part of the episode so I hope we see more of that in times to come.
That was awesome. There was just a whole LOT of awesome in this episode, though.
Because really, what resources does Martha have on Earth right now?

A handful of interns at the hospital?
