Wouldn't be surprised if that came back later on in the next episode. I'm also thinking about what other big secret we haven't been told about concerning the Doctor and Jack (at least I think there's still one more big surprise to go for BBC)
Rose, please. :D Of course, that's like a given with me. Gimme!
We're going to see what happens in the next episode. As others have mentioned this is a very good possibility... logically anyway. Like you mentioned Martha has to be completely okay with the idea that she can travel with the Doctor and he'll never fall in love with her, in addition to risking not only her life but her family's lives as well.
This Drums episode seems rather like the nail in the coffin of her staying on, doesn't it? They've been writing her out from the beginning. Either that or she will have this epiphany moment of deciding the Doctor > absolutely everything else in her life, even though he doesn't love her.
Would this be around the Christmas Invasion? Or a little bit after that? I think... I think that Saxon was mentioned in Series Two but I can't remember. Will have to check that out just to make sure. *is not entirely sure* The chance that he could have been involved, in some way or another, with the Cybermen increases in my head.
Not exactly sure. Didn't they say something like he'd arrived on the scene right around the time of the fall of Harriet Jones? Way to go, Doctor!
The Master went too far, in my opinion, when he decided to mess with the TARDIS. I love the character, and his wife evil!Rose Lucy. They are just perfect for each other and, as someone mentioned earlier, know each other very well.
I really need to watch this again. Everything was just so...interesting!
*crosses her fingers and hopes that Martha's myspace is not updated unless there's some kind of time difference between this episode and next episode.... like weeks/months not hours/days*
Betcha there will be some time between episodes. It's not like Martha hit the ground, suited up, and pointed at a couple of guys, telling them to follow her.
