That's a big Twinkie!

It's a GIP - new icon from [livejournal.com profile] josephides (It's Sir Hiss from Robin Hood.)

AND thought I'd spam people with a few Ghostbusters quotes since am in a Ghostbusters kinda mood right now with [livejournal.com profile] josephides and [livejournal.com profile] suzvoy. Quit tickling me, Suz! Am too tired...and I have a headache. ;)

"You're right, no human being would stack books like this."

"Generally you don't see that kind of behavior in a major appliance."

"Ray, when someone asks you if you're a god, you say YES!"

"Well, let's say this Twinkie represents the normal amount of psychokinetic energy in the New York area. Based on this morning's reading, it would be a Twinkie thirty-five feet long, weighing approximately six hundred pounds."
"That's a big Twinkie."

Cute icon.

Son's latest demand is that we buy "the green ghost movie" aka Ghostbusters. Love the book quote especially.

And, to tie it into my other obsession at the moment, did you know that Ghostbusters is Stephanie Plum's favorite movie of all time?

[identity profile] hyari.livejournal.com 2003-08-03 11:34 pm (UTC)(link)
Definitely Robin Hood is my favorite Disney Cartoon of all time. It's how I learned most of my English.

Still gets me when Friar Tuck is lamenting the state of things in Nottingham and the little church mice put their last coin in the offertory.

LoL :D Hee...ahh, the memories. Ghostbusters is definitely one of those movies that sits on the shelf until someone reminds you of it and you just *have* to watch it again. ;)

Robin Hood is the best Disney movie ever. *The* best. No arguments.

OT - would you mind if I linked to you in my webpage? I'm just checking before I go and do so. *g*

Oh oh! What's that one about "cats and dogs living together"...? I often think of that.

It's a classic!

And, to tie it into my other obsession at the moment, did you know that Ghostbusters is Stephanie Plum's favorite movie of all time?

Well, considering I don't know who Stephanie Plum is, I'd have to say no. ;)

Aww! It was one of my favorites as a kid. :)

Every town has its ups and downs.
Sometimes the ups outnumber the downs.
But not in Nottingham.

*sniff*

Oh yeah. I just happened to catch the start on TV and *had* to sit down and watch the whole thing. *g*

Robin Hood is the best Disney movie ever. *The* best. No arguments.

It is *so* good. I need to watch that again. Hmm - I do have the video.

[identity profile] mrv3000.livejournal.com 2003-08-04 02:32 pm (UTC)(link)
Sure! That's fine by me. :)
