'Adventures in Sleeping' or 'Harry Potter IS of the Devil'

You know when you nap and you wake up all groggy? I'm just starting to feel ungroggy. It didn't help that I had an interesting dream.

First I was running around the supermarket looking for frozen cookie dough, however, I was without shoes. Just socks. I did a few slides, but then wondered if I should post a poll to LJ to ask if going without shoes in a grocery store is trashy. (Yes, I'm contemplating LJ polls in my dreams, apparently.)

But then I remembered I was on a case, trying to find some missing people. And the creepy stairs to the basement should be investigated. Once down there, I found a couple of people who proceeded to tell me that Harry/Hermione was really the logical pairing in Harry Potter. I told them I wasn't all that into Harry Potter, and declined to participate in their ship.

And that's when they threw open the manhole cover with water and...blood! OMG. The missing people! They pushed me in and shut the cover - I was treading water with only about 6 inches of air!

So I woke up to me kicking my legs and saying, "WAIT! I WILL ship Harry and Hermione!"

Ah, the joys of being a sleepwalker/talker.

And I wasn't even medicated! Or drunk!

I want to live in your brain.

Maybe I could rent it out during the summers...

1). Socks Only: EW GERMS.

2). HA. You know you've been on LJ too long if your subconscious is shipping Harry/Hermione. AHAHAHA.

3). I so want some cookie dough now.

1) See, I was thinking this, and then I realized I'd rather have sock than bare feet!

2) I know!

3) I do too. Um...hmm. I *could* run to the store...

Wow. That beats my fandom-related anxiety dreams.

HARRY/HERMIONE IS THE ONE TRUE PAIRING AND I DON'T CARE WHAT ROWLING SAYS!!1!1

Also, I think socks are okay at the grocery store, even though they would get REALLY dirty. I myself once went to Wal-Mart in my bathrobe and shower shoes. I had a miniskirt and tank top on underneath, but you couldn't see them. And then in the checkout line, this little Mennonite girl gave me the finger.

In my defense, I was living in a rural college town where the only thing to do was go to Wal-Mart or hang out at the crack house.

But Harry/Hermione really is the most logical choice. Its fans are scary, though. Killing other shippers and stuff. *shrugs*

I love sliding in supermarkets (in my shoes, thank you very much ;) ). Or you know, you put your feet on the cart, you push, and ZOOOOOM past people giving you strange looks. Hee ^^

And I don't think I'm really stressing about Harry Potter ships! *wonders*

And the crack house was closed?

I am currently trying to decide if this is better or worse than the teenager I saw shopping this weekend in huge-ass penguin slippers. When I saw her, my first thought was, "Honey, you're not supposed to wear those out of the house!"

HA!!

For the record? I also don't like the girls who wear pajamas on airplanes. Yeah, I'm all for comfort but sleepwear while travelling is a bit too much.

I never hung out at the crack house! I hung out at the ghetto park pretending to be goth.
