WOOOOOOOO!!! Yeah, there'd been rumors before, but nothing that I saw that wasn't in the tabloids, which I refuse to really believe. And other people saying they thought she might be coming back, but I think this is the first thing straight from the horse's mouth.

(I hope it won't be 100% running around and that everyone will get a good chance to interact with everyone.)

I will be moderately annoyed if it turns out to be essentially a disconnected set of cameos, but potential yays for Lis' return!

This sort of worries me, because I think s3 suffered the curse of TOO MANY. Jack was pretty pointless, overall. RTD just isn't used to writing for an ensemble type show! I mean, I love SJ, Jack, Rose, Donna and anyone else who might show up, but I'd rather they cut people out to make everything work better!

It will *definitely* be a juggling act and someone could wind up as fairly pointless overall, but...I still want it? :D Like with Jack in S3 - he really *was* very pointless in the overall plot, but I still loved that he was there.

Even if we didn't see some super dramatic gesture romantic scene between the Doctor and Rose, I'd be perfectly happy to see the series end with the whole lot of them in the control room, with the Doctor kind of hovering around at first looking uncomfortable at all the chatter and whatnot, and then just kind of relaxing in the corner, smiling and watching his friends.
