I had it again last night:

Brain: Hmm. I could really go for watching some Torchwood right now.

Me: WTFF??

I was cooking and had just eaten a tiny piece of raw garlic, and so I'm blaming that this go-round.

However, I was watching this thing on the History Channel about all the American presidents, right up until they suddenly stopped at Chester A. Arthur and went on to a show about Star Wars. HMPH. You'd think that on President's Day they'd be marathonning the whole series. HMPH, I SAY. I was happily getting edutainment!

P.S. I really need to catch up on DW watching. Yikes.

This was basically my reaction. You may have seen the original macro that someone made from this audio, but the audio is the best part. This was an actual phone call. Ask tsukara and she will tell you, this is exactly what my reaction was to last week's episode.

If it helps to know, the rest of them are showing at 6am(central time) on some weekdays. I've been TiVoing them because I...okay, I'm kind of a sad person. Well, that and I realized I'd forgotten a lot of American history in favor of Euro history, so I'm using them as a refresher course. Edutainment rocks harder than geology!

I was really bothered yesterday by the lack of Presidential stuff on television. I was really looking forward to some West Wing, or the American President, but nadda. Zip. Not even Air Force One was on. Psh.
