"Don't point that at me. I don't want to have a Flipper baby."

Thanks to a heads-up by [livejournal.com profile] celli, I got a free copy of the pilot of "The Middleman" off of iTunes.

I could definitely watch more of this. It's as if Men in Black was taken over by ultimate geeks who rattle off pop culture references as fast as the Gilmore Girls.

It's high on the cheese level, low on the production value, and seeming to be more geared towards kids. (Although with mentions of Hentai and reefer, it's not exactly for the 5-year-old crowd. :D) But still. It made me laugh out loud more than once. *points to subject line*

I've never heard of the Middleman but now I find myself overcome with curiosity. I want it.

And for some reason I want to rewatch the entire gilmore girls saga again too.

I'd heard about this show so I went there and am downloading as I write.

It really did look kinda campy, cheesy, and fun...

I'd seen it advertised lately, and it looked like it could be a kick. Sci-fi dorkiness abounds! :D And sometimes they way they start talking really fast completely reminded me of the Gilmore Girls.

It is pretty entertaining. Totally goofy. A *bit* in the genre of the Sarah Jane Adventures, but throw on it speedy pop culture references and comic book culture. :D

Hmmm ... sounds intriguing. And after Pushing Daisies, I'm totally willing to support ABC. :)

It was very entertaining. I'm planning on watching more of it.
