It's smart to stay away from spoilers and spec. Helps with the sanity.

I actually feeling rather zen about the finale right now. David Tennant is NOT leaving (no spoilers so don't tell me he is). Rose HASN"T moved on and decided that the Doctor was a youthful experimentation. And now I that know Donna is PIE I know what happens to her - she gets unmasked and then everyone gets hungry after defeating the Daleks.

You're right - there's really not much to worry about. Except that Donna will get eaten.
