(no subject)

  • I kept falling asleep on "Warriors of the Deep" (Five, Tegan and Turlough) last night. Not sure if it was me or the episode. I kept waking up as the DVD menu was playing, utter a "dammit!", would go back to the part I could last remember...and then would wake up to the DVD menu again. I'll have to try again tonight. But I really really really would love to see a male companion on New Who sometime. I mean someone who sticks around for more than 2 episodes. It'd be a dynamic we haven't seen yet.

  • I have no idea why I got something with a flour tortilla for lunch. It looked good, and it said it was grilled, so I was thinking it'd be crispy. Crispy flour tortillas I can eat, otherwise they actually make me a bit nauseous. (This doesn't happen with any other food, even celery which I hate but could still eat if held at gunpoint.) Aren't you glad you read this point?

  • I'm feeling fluffy, but there's no inspiration for a fluff outlet at the moment. Picspam? Eh. Essay? About what? Fic? Eh.

I've fallen asleep watching some classic episodes. You're not alone.

Ooh, good to know about your food habits.

Picspams are pretty, essays aren't fluffy, fic is nice but damn they can get you stuck easily... or at least they can with me *hasn't written fanfiction since 2005*

Heh heh.

Ooh, good to know about your food habits.

Your random trivia of the day.

Fic can get you stuck reeeeeally easily. Especially when you don't have a single plot bunny at the moment. :D

I hate it when I keep falling in and out of sleep during a movie. It feels so weirdly dizzying.

Whatever you do, do not... DO NOT! allow this mood to pass you buy!

Um... Ten or TenII invite Rose to go see the Ogopogo, just because he likes saying the word. They end up in a canoe, in the middle of a lake, during an annoying drizzle. And they've lost their paddles!

Sometimes I find it soothing. If I've seen it before, that is. :D

Oh yeah? Then what happens? *gets out popcorn*

Heh heh.

Beer helps!

Your random trivia of the day.

I have no random trivia for you. But I have almost snow conditions for you. It's -5 and with the wind it feels like -20, there's just no precipitation. :D

Fic can get you stuck reeeeeally easily. Especially when you don't have a single plot bunny at the moment. :D Plot bunnies still exist? :( And this is why I read fic.

FIC. FIIIIIIIIC.

Well, picspams and essays are good, but I want FIC.

BRRRRRRRRRR!

[identity profile] mrv3000.livejournal.com 2009-01-15 11:03 pm (UTC)(link)
I wish I could write fic. But words don't come good now probably.

Um... Well, if it's the cracky version...

She gets out a hot pink toque that she knitted herself, in an attempt to keep warm. It even has a bobble on top, that leans adorably to the side.

Ten is gobsmacked by the HAWT. He falls to his knees in front of her. Reaching out tentatively to touch the inviting strands.

Confused, Rose gets out the matching mittens and offers them to him.

He rolls around in the bottom of the canoe in ecstasy.

Rose giggles, "You are so weird."

But I was trying to inspire you with fluff, so clearly this must be wrong.

*chokes with laughter on the popcorn*

*Petpet*

It will come.

How about... Ten II breaks his leg and Rose has to look after him/not kill him/try not to give up and hand him over to Jackie for mothering? OR he discovers the joy of baking cakes while Rose is at work one day? OR he and Rose sneak into some random space centre in America and cause a national security alert and Pete has to get them out with his Torchwood cred? OR something involving SPACE NOODLES.

I doubt if they're ever do a male companion on NuWho for a whole season. They're to afraid of the Slash/Backslash.

*sniffs*

And that's why I'm so good at LJ tag.

A long-term male companion would be awesome. Or a cross-dresser. Something different plz.

[identity profile] elismor.livejournal.com 2009-01-16 02:34 pm (UTC)(link)

they actually make me a bit nauseous

That happens to me sometimes, too.

[identity profile] mrv3000.livejournal.com 2009-01-16 05:10 pm (UTC)(link)
Or I'd take a Mrs. Moore type character too.

Really? I wonder what it is about them.
