*SLAPS TPTB AROUND WITH A WET FISH*

You have absolutely no idea what you're doing, do you? ADMIT IT! Don't make me get the fish out again!

Okay, so Locke isn't Locke but some guy you all suddenly made up in this episode. Jacob's nemesis. And Jacob and this dude (can't remember if they said his name) have been around forever. Supernatural beings of good and evil? Or marooned aliens? Something like that. So Ben killing Jacob probably won't stick or something. Of course...

Of course, now the reset button might be pressed, in which case... *preps the fish* The best thing would be like Miles said - that the bomb simply creates the need for the hatch and they created their own destiny. Reset buttons make Michelle cranky.

Most the time the whole Jack-Kate-Sawyer-Juliet thing annoys me, but it was nice to see just how much Sawyer really did love Juliet.

But Bernard and Rose for the WIN. That was seriously the best part of the entire episode. "Oh hell, you found us? Nope, we're not playing the island game anymore. We're getting off here in our retirement cabin. You go run along with your drama and polar bears and guns and bombs. Byeeeeee." AWESOME. :D

Exactly! I watched - at most - five minutes last night and all I got out of it was Bernard/Rose OTP forever and ever and ever. I just wanted to draw pink sparkly hearts around them. Why does such a minor part of the show bring me so much glee? Scratch that. Why is such a minor part of the show the only thing I care about?

[identity profile] mrv3000.livejournal.com 2009-05-14 05:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Because that minor part isn't bogged down with drama and polar bears? :D

that the bomb simply creates the need for the hatch and they created their own destiny

That would be what I would prefer (I would hate for them to erase the past three years... cheap, cheap plot device), but... if that bomb really did go off, it would probably mean that Juliet is dead. *clings to Sawyer/Juliet*

how much Sawyer really did love Juliet
In 5 years, I've never shipped anyone on this show. Till those two. Of course they had to rip them apart, while Jack and Kate will live on forever to annoy us. Can I borrow your fish?

I flailed like a very flaily thing when we saw Rose and Bernard. And then they were all "Oh crap, you found us." And Sawyer was all angsty and "We searched for you! We tried to get you killed save you! You must come with us now before it is too late! JACK HAS A ENORMOUSTEENY TINY BOMB!!!"

And Rose said "It's always something with you people. Go on now, get." And lo, there was much lulz and rejoicing in the land.

I'm so far past the Jack/Kate/Sawyer/Juliet thing I can't even see it in the rearview mirror anymore. Although the way Juliet definitely wore the pants in that relationship did amuse me. I did like that Sawyer was determined to stay committed to her no matter what feelings seeing Kate (with her voodoo ways, because that's the only explanation I can come up with) brought up in him again.

So, wait, it took Jakob!Nemesis apparently hundreds of years to figure out that the "loophole" to kill Jakob was to trick someone else into doing it? Dude. Not the brightest, are ya?

I'm suddenly having flashbacks of Alias' WTF series finale.

I haven't had the energy to watch this season since it has been relegated to the
11.00pm timeslot on a Wednesday night here in Oz.
Looks like the only good news is that Bernard and Rose are still together - yay!

VERY cheap device.

And I don't ship anyone really, but it was nice to see some honest emotions going on there.

YES. It was one of the best moments in all of Lost. :D

TPTB seem fairly obsessed with who will wind up with who among these four people and I just do NOT care. At all. (And Kate must really have voodoo ways.)

*snorts* Not very comforting when the ultimate battle of good vs. evil is fought out by morons.

CRAP. It's the same guy, isn't it? We're boned.

I don't blame you - 11 p.m. is way too late! That's when you turn on Family Guy and fall asleep on the couch.

And Bernard and Rose are still together and pwned every other character in this past episode. MWAH.

My theories.
Juliet was pregnant: she grabs at her stomach after Bernard offers her tea.
Jack is the true leader of the Island.
Christian and Jack are descendents(sp?) of Jacob.
Maybe Juliet isn't dead and Sayid is, but we will think that she is for a while.
Ghost Christian that appeared to Sun and Frank on the Island and who appeared to JAck off the Island was sent by Jacob.
The one who took Claire and that Locke saw was sent by the bad guy who is now pretending to be Locke.

At some point Desmond will have to round up Claire's mom, Aaron, Jack's grandpa, Sun and Jin's daughter and maybe some other people and sail them to the ISLAND in order to save the world from the evil guy.

[identity profile] mrv3000.livejournal.com 2009-05-16 02:29 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh man, how sad would that be if Juliet was pregnant. *sniffs*

And I think you really do need a flowchart for it all.

[identity profile] catyuy.livejournal.com 2009-05-16 06:23 pm (UTC)(link)
I dare you to make a flowchart........or get Opal to make one.
