1. I didn't like Daniel's overall collection at all. However, I did like his red carpet dress, and I have a feeling that's really what the judges were looking at. After all, it's something that was supposed to be worn by Nicole Kidman, so of course that's going to be the most important thing in their minds. But the rest of his outfits? I found them very fugly.
   
   
2. I still love Korto's style so much. I was less wild about the print she used for the red carpet dress, but overall I continue to love just about everything she does.
   
   
3. When did Chris get so insecure? I thought he did decently when he was on the show. Sure he was often over the top, but still. I don't remember him being that down on himself. Maybe life hasn't been kind to him since we've seen him last.
   
   
4. Was Santino always that annoying? I remember him being more funny than annoying when he was on the show. Maybe it's his now too-big-for-New-York ego. I'm glad he was on the bottom just for that reason.
   
   
5. ETA: WHAT was up with Jeff's pornstache?

1. Every year they have to have one really out-there person, and this year it was Ari Fish. But her quirky was too out there for the judges, and she went bye-bye. I thought her outfit was super fun, but obviously not for red carpet wear.
   
   
2. For the life of me, I can't remember who won or what their dress looked like. It's hard keeping things straight at the beginning when there are so many people.

The dress that won was that punk-meets-cute dress the self-taught guy with no fashion training made. But it took me a few minutes to remember.

Did you watch the model show thing that came on after it? It was...well, honestly not really my cup of tea, but it was neat b/c they've made the "okay designers, now choose your models" part of Project Runway the main end event of the model show.

He was pretty self deprecating during his run on PR. During the prom challenge, he made a couple comments when he found out that he was actually chosen. I think what was missing last night was his laughter because they caught him sleeping most of the time. I've seen theories that he might have sleep apnea and should see a doctor. He might already be under the care of a Doctor though because some medicines will make you tired.

I think the difference this time was that he was working with designers who had been working on their own collections for some time and they didn't have the time to screw off so it accentuated his rudeness. Also, I think he was being over the top because he thought he was going to win just for showing up. Instead we got hoochie wear.

Yay Project Runway!

I didn't like Daniel's collection at all, which is weird because I really liked him on the show. Korto's was nice; I wasn't crazy about the print either, but it would look amazing on someone.

Thank God I don't have to see Santino again. Hopefully.

Ewwww. It was creepy, no? I always thought he looked two days past a shower/bath but with that pornstache, he makes me want to grab all the underage girls and run.

I have a feeling that some of Santino's annoyance was edited that way by the show. I mean, no arguing that he was an arrogant ass who thought he was the best EVA, but I think his behavior and Chris's were both probably edited a good deal to slant them that way.

Chris actually sounded like he was doing fantastic since his season. He's a costumer, and he was talking about doing Beyonce's costumes for her new tour. That sounds right up his alley. I have a feeling he was settling for that because he didn't think he had the chops to be a serious designer, so when they really liked his serious designs last night he was sort of surprised and touched. Bless his heart.

I hated Daniel's collection.
Kotoro's collection was good.
Rasputin aka Santino annoyed me too but his tim impression was awesome.
Jeff's stache was horrendous and he pissed me off because he thought he could win.
Chris collection was great and he has evolved.
Uli I love her and her prints.

Ari, what were the casting people thinking, she made the woman who uses spit to cut um sane.

I liked the Runway Model show.

OMG, I can actually talk about Project Runway because it's on Lifetime now and that's a channel I my parents actually get! (Of course they now get Bravo too, but ... we won't discuss that. :P)

I was so conflicted over Daniel's collection. Not so much the clothes -- which I hated except for the red carpet dress (oh, the details!) -- but because Daniel and Uli were the only contestants who didn't annoy me. So I wanted either one of them to win, and yet Daniel's clothes were so ... :(.

I still love Korto's style so much.

Korto's collection was beautiful (especially her "restaurant"-innovation dress), but I just couldn't stand all her sourpuss faces and all her "I was robbed! I should win this time because I WAS ROBBED." Blech. So even though her clothes were more beautiful than Daniel's, I was rooting against her.

Did you see the judges' expressions when Ari said she saw her dress being worn at the VMAs, in 2015? HEE!
