You probably know this but a good hot bath and cool cloth on your forehead will do wonders. The idea is to draw the blood away from your head and into the lower extremities. (They use hot pads on your feet and ankles and ice on your neck/forehead in the hospital when you go in to the ER for a migraine).
Also, I use icy-hot small pads on my forehead when I have one that's particularly bad. They last for 8 hours and do help when used in addition to medication.

Ooh, interesting! I've never heard of that method! Not sure I want to do that today with the heat and all, but I'm going to try this next time I have a headache and the weather is remotely sane.

XD Thanks! I'm quite pleased with the hat. It was actually the first present he received! I gave it to them when she was like 6 weeks pregnant.
So cute! I love the pooh hat! Now I want Chicklet to be tiny again so I can buy her one. Just for a moment though, I do like my sleep!
