After helping my mom off and on, and then having to cook their last two Thanksgiving dinners all by myself, I just can't do that anymore. :( Instead Mike and I got ready-to-go stuff from places like Whole Foods, Publix, and The Fresh Market for the last two years, and had friends over, and of course his mom. I like to cook, mind you, but I don't like being driven crazy by it. And to think that once upon a time, I used to cook, with help, several course meals for a hundred people for an SCA feast. Good grief! *laughs at self*
