Yup.

I think my new personal canon is that Jackie used to cut the Doctor's hair (with much banter and picking at each other), which is why after S2 it started going wonky. No one cuts it like Jackie cuts it!


Doctor: I wonder if this universe's Jackie would give me a quick trim...

Doctor: What?


Doctor: Can I come and live with you please? I haven't had a decent cut in ages! And my sideburns are threatening to become mutton chops. Halp!
