I realize poor Ten was traumatized and all, but I love this bit soooo very much. This was the man she hated, and now he's a part of the family she has zero qualms about lovingly tormenting.

I hold out hope for some glimpse of Pete's World, novels will do, not only for the TenII/Rose, but also the TenII/Jackie son-in-law relationship of hilarious awesome.

I was sooooo thick. I didn't know what's really going on between the Doctor and Rose the first time I watched it. LOL! Then I got to Army of Ghosts, saw this scene showing how fond Jackie was with him, and giving us the impression that he often bring Rose home and not just those times we saw onscreen. So I screamed, "Oh man! The Doctor has a mother-in-law! He's so domesticated." Then I watched Series 1 and 2 again before I watched Doomsday and that's the only time I realized what's really going on between them. Ha! I thought it's just some kind of endless, 'harmless' flirting. LOL!! I've never been glad to be wrong.
