Since poor Jojo didn't get to go, here's a recap starting with day one. (Well, my day one anyway.)

Pick up

poohmusings. She is wee! Happy as I am by far the tallest. Eye her mouth suspiciously in baggage claim. Wonder how long tongue is. Karen says something about bagels. Worry that 'bagels' is code for 'licking.'

Zip over to hotel. Spend next hour unloading car. Still the tallest.

Go to Downtown Disney to meet

elismor and

diavestra. Read every menu trying to pre-decide dinner plans. No decision made. Karen still wee.

Realize cell phone has been off so Dia cannot call. v bad. Dia finally calls. She is wearing penguins. Surely we can find penguin-wearing woman at Disneyland.

Meet Dia and Elis. Dia is mid-wee but Elis taller than me. Dammit. No longer the tallest. Dia and Elis are v cute couple. Have been in relationship for 10 8 years but act like newlyweds. Must remember to try not to sleep next to their room.

Had average dinner that had to be cut short due to theme park fireworks as Elis began having flashbacks to the war. Elis pacified by making gay bear at Build-A-Bear and Dia declared herself to be a boy. These people are very colorful.

Elis and Dia decide they want more alone time and go back home. Hurrah! Am now the tallest again! Karen and I drink tequila and watch ER. Have odd feelings when watching Noah Wyle, like something bad is about to happen. Weird.

Karen gives me a walking brain. Is she trying to imply something? Doesn't matter. Still the tallest.
