mrv3000 | House (who da thunk?)

So I watched House last night simply because I had seen the 1st of the 2-parter at friends' the night before. Before that I had only caught an episode or two. But after this I have to ask, are ~~Cuddy~~ Wilson (thought that guy's name was Cuddy) and House living together and/or a couple? Because of the whole "Steve doesn't normally do that to his water bottle, does he?" Mind you, I think they'd make a great couple if they aren't - they seem perfectly matched.

ETA: I really have no desire to get into the show. Am just curious.
