The Morning After

Had intended to go see the fireworks last night, but after baking all day in the sun with many margaritas, none of us could quite make it out the door when it was time. One guy offered to go back to his place and get some illegal ones to shoot off in this other friend's pool (boys!) but he fell asleep. Well maybe next year for the fireworks.

Am completely smitten with the new Doctor Who. I haven't felt this giddy about a show since I started watching SG-1 way back when. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Strangely enough, I'm not feeling any kind of pull to read or write fanfic. The not writing part is probably a blessing since me trying to write dialog using the Queen's English would be frickin' SCARY. 'ello, mate! See? Even I want to shoot myself. I think I need a DW icon, though.

So tired. I want to curl up in my sock drawer and sleep for days.
