I made a mini S/J slide show for josephides. Yeah, this is what I was doing this morning instead of answering emails. I feel like it should also belong to woodface because, well, you'll see. :)

Warning: Somehow this got really huge. 1.5 mb. The end result doesn't seem worth 1.5 mb. And until it's completely downloaded, it's going to look really crappy.

Still don't know how it got so huge. Well, I guess there *are* over 60 frames in it.

I think it's the transition frames as much as anything else. I was taking my existing icon and putting some nice transitions in yesterday afternoon, and suddenly discovered that it had gone from 27kb to 360kb!!! And it was all those transition frames that did it! Which was a pity, as it looked so much cooler than the version I have, but as you're limited to 40kb .... :(

I kind of have that feeling too. :)

Yeah. I'm pretty sure that's it. Took them out and it dropped down to 400k. But didn't look near as good, so big it is!
