There was something on the tie-in website a while back about them finding the whole plane in the ocean, so that wasn't a shock. It's still a WTF. Sorta. Until that one guy called in to say that the pilot they were showing on TV wasn't really the pilot. So obviously this whole thing has been staged as opposed to some trippy kind of island=purgatory type thing. (Which was pretty much ruled out anyway when Jack & Co. went back to the real world.)
Someone went corpse collecting, didn't they?
Anyway, the bones in Tunisia kinda bugged me. There was a polar bear with a Dharma collar, which means they probably had a facility in the middle of the desert decades ago. But - and I really don't *know* if this is true or not - would you actually get bleached bones in the desert if it's been covered by sand? Don't you tend to wind up with more mummified remains in that kind of environment?
The psychic is an interesting addition to the show - as in, a legitimate psychic who communes with the dead. Apparently in this show universe, this stuff exists. So...I guess Jacob could be a ghost then. I was kind of thinking he was an experiment gone wrong. Or right?
Boy, it's 10x better when you marathon this show. This week-to-week stuff gets a bit frustrating since they give out information so slowly. I might start watching this in chunks again.
