I lost at Celery Roulette today. Why must chicken/egg/tuna/yak salad always have celery in it? Blech. And no, I'm not going to ask ahead of time since that's breaking rule number two in Celery Roulette.
1. Celery Roulette only applies to prepared egg/tuna/potato/chicken/etc. salad. Closing your eyes while making your own salad doesn't count and will be disqualified.
2. You may not read ingredients or inquire about celery content.
3. You must begin eating the salad without poking around for celery first.
4. If you hit a piece of celery, you lose. You may begin swearing and picking out the pieces.
5. If you don't encounter any celery, congratulations! You win! You may enjoy your salad, worry free!

I do not mind celery in my chicken salad. I do not eat egg or yak salad. And I'm usually lucky when it comes to tuna.

All celery, celery seeds and celery DNA should be shot into the sun.
