The whole thing is man wearing a bow-tie who's sticking his tongue out that doesn't realize there's an alligator on his head. Of course the alligator doesn't really matter because it's about to be knocked off by the hat of a smiling woman who's rushing towards the man (long-lost loves who are about to be reunited.)
