I love humans. They always see patterns in things that aren't there.
For some weird reason I was looking at the DW 1996 movie quotes.
The Doctor: It was on the planet Skaro that my old enemy the Master was finally put on trial.
The Doctor: Wait, I remember. I'm with my father, we're laying back in the grass, it's a warm Gallifreyan night... A meteor storm. The sky above us was dancing with lights. Purple, green, brilliant yellow.
Grace: I suppose you knew Madame Curie too.
The Doctor: Intimately.
Grace: Does she kiss as good as me?
The Master: As well as you.
The Doctor: I'm half human. On my mother's side.
I still say they need to do a mini of "Doctor Who: The Time War." Or at least an audio.
ETA: Spoilers for The Doctor's Daughter in the comments.

- WTH?? They put the Master on trial on Skaro? (I did not remember this.) Surely the Daleks themselves wouldn't have put him on trial for his "crimes." They'd have just shot him if he'd screwed them over. Hmm. Maybe that's what started the Time War.
Time Lords: We do really love putting each other on trial, but the Master smells like cheese. Why is that, by the way? No matter. Let's move his trial to Skaro.
Daleks: WHAT IS THIS WE ARE SMELLING?
Time Lords: Hee.
Daleks: [ARE PISSED]

- Just awwwwwwwwww.

- See, Doctor? When you correct someone's grammar, you sound like a dick. And also sound a bit jealous for some weird reason. Huh. Anyway, don't be emulating the Master!
The Doctor: I'm half human. On my mother's side.
