Why won't time go faster? I just know my supervisor is going to rush in at 5:25, freaking about needing something that will take 30 minutes to do.
Anyway, [twiddles thumbs]. I got an email thank-you from those time-traveling Muppets I helped out a couple of weeks ago.
Notice they're partying at the winery in DCA.
Going in this line of thinking, I thought about getting a beer when I was at DCA this last time. For some reason that sounded really good in the middle of the afternoon, even though I'm not much of a beer drinker. But the line was too long at the beer wagon, filled with - I swear - dads. Their eyes were all fixed straight ahead towards the beer as their kids spazzed out around them. It was fairly amusing.
