What are your favorite casserole or slow cooker recipes that have veggies in them? (Can have meat too.)
Here's the thing. I like to make giant batches of a dish on the weekends, and then make individual portions and freeze them for general noms. I made lasagna this past weekend, but the annoying thing is to have to make a separate vegetable dish for dinner. I like to be able to dump one thing in the microwave and be done with it because I am LAZY.
So...anyone have great all-in-one casserole or slow cooker recipes?
