I'm feeling cranky today. RAWR. See my pointy non-vampire teeth.
I think I need help understanding a bit of fannish mindset when it comes to this. Yes, Ianto died, but wouldn't you then want more Torchwood stories with him? I mean, in a sense Nine is dead and gone, but I'd adore a new extended universe story with him in it! Maybe it's the notion that they're only using Ianto in the story get money, which makes me blink a lot. (Dear BBC: feel free to use Rose in new books/audio to get my money. I will fork it over gladly.)
I was pointed to some douchetastic Eleven promoters for March Madness, so I'll definitely be voting for Buffy against him in the next round. Buffy would totally kick his ass anyway. :D As far as the rest of them go, I don't really care a lick. I do have an aversion to fandom woobies though. (No, that guy really isn't as hot as you think he is, nor should he be given a pass for being a dick just because he's achieved fannish sainthood in the Brotherhood of Misunderstood Souls.)
